High-resolution dynamic image particle size and shape distribution measurement device QICPIC
High-precision analysis of particle shapes in the size range of 0.55 to 34,000 μm.
- High reliability while measuring individual particles with high-speed imaging - Light source repetition period: 1 ns - Clear measurement of particle shape regardless of the position in the measurement zone - Supports particles from clearly defined shapes to transparent ones - Ability to change the definition of shapes and reanalyze Particles ranging from 0.55 to 34,000 μm in size, dispersed using dry and wet dispersers, can be analyzed. A high-speed camera capturing 500 frames per second continuously acquires images of the particles, allowing for high-contrast and high-precision measurements in a short time. Additionally, clear measurements can be made for particles from well-defined shapes to transparent ones, regardless of their position within the measurement zone. The number of particles measured can reach up to 100 million per measurement, providing highly reliable statistical values. The captured particle images can be analyzed in detail using various evaluation modes, including equivalent diameter of area, minimum, maximum, and average Feret diameters, circularity, and aspect ratio.
